At Copenhagen Grooming, we want you to feel confident in your journey; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
